The FCO99 series of calibrated leaks are designed to connect directly to production lines. The device uses precision-machined brass components to establish a pre-set leak rate at a specific test pressure. With no moving parts, the leak rate remains constant at the set pressure, provided the device is kept free from contamination by oil, dirt, or water.
FCO99 Calibrated Leaks can be verified using the Furness Controls FCO220 Microcalibrator. These leaks are compatible with both pressure decay and flow-type leak detectors.
